Janette has extensive experience working with senior management on business and career development strategies in a multitude of industries. Known for producing results with her clients, Janette specializes in optimizing performance in small to large sized businesses to maximize their profits. She utilizes various business strategies to assist with this process when working with her clients. Janette focuses on the executives’ vision, values, and goals and works with them to develop clear business plans. As a result they create an action plan to ensure success. She has implemented performance management improvements, facilitated 360 assessments and coached executives to be high performing members of a team. Janette is also a public speaker and facilitator on the following topics: business development, career and performance development, and targeted marketing strategies. She runs monthly Executive Roundtable meetings. Janette holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Management. She graduated from the Coaches Training Institute, an International Coaches Federation (ICF) accredited program, and California State University Long Beach coaching and mentoring certificate program. Janette is currently a national board member of Professional Coaches & Mentors Association (PCMA), a business coaching and mentoring organization as the VP of Marketing and Membership Experience, and a former board member of (ICF) L.A.
